OnlineAITool is a collection of 231 free, browser-based utilities for resizing and compressing files to meet a specific requirement — an exam form that caps photos at 20 KB, a visa application that wants a 600 × 600 pixel square, a marketplace that rejects listing images over 1 MB — plus a set of calculators for finance, tax and everyday arithmetic.

How the tools work

Everything runs inside your browser. When you select a file it is read into your browser's memory, processed on your own device, and offered back as a download. At no point is it sent anywhere. There is no server that receives your files, which is why we can offer the tools without accounts, usage limits, or watermarks.

Image compression uses a binary search across quality levels to find the largest file that still fits under your target, rather than picking a fixed quality and hoping. That matters: it means you give up as little quality as the size limit allows. PDF operations use pdf-lib and pdf.js, both running locally.

How we handle specifications

Many pages publish a specification — the photo size an exam board requires, the pixel dimensions a marketplace recommends. Those figures change, and a stale number is worse than no number, because it costs you a rejected application.

So every specification carries the source it came from and the date we last checked it. Where we could not verify a figure against a current official notification, the page says so in a visible warning rather than presenting a guess as settled fact.

What we do not do

We do not publish invented review scores, fabricated user counts, or accuracy claims we cannot support. Where a tool has a real limitation — PDF compression removing the selectable text layer, for instance — we state it above the tool rather than burying it.
