Privacy Policy
The short version
Your files are never uploaded. Every tool processes files entirely within your browser, on your own device. We do not receive them, cannot see them, and do not store them.
Files you process with our tools
When you select a file, your browser reads it into local memory and processes it using capabilities built into the browser itself. The result is offered back to you as a download. No network request carries your file. You can verify this by opening your browser's developer tools, selecting the Network tab, and using any tool on this site — you will see no upload.
Because nothing reaches us, we have no file retention policy, no deletion process, and no ability to recover anything for you. Closing the tab discards everything.
Information we do collect
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are visited and which tools are used. It records the page URL, approximate geographic region, referring site, device type, browser, and how long a visit lasts. Google Analytics sets cookies on your device to recognise returning visits.
This data is not linked to the files you process — those never reach us at all — and we do not use it to identify you personally. Google acts as a data processor for this information; their practices are described in Google's Privacy Policy, and you can opt out entirely using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Cookies and advertising
This site displays advertising. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.

Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information we hold. Since we do not hold your files and our analytics are not personally identifying, there is typically very little to act on — but you may contact us at business@onlineaitool.com with any request.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page.
