This site publishes photo, signature and document upload requirements for exams, visa applications and online platforms. Every specification carries its source and the date we last verified it.
Those requirements change, sometimes between one application cycle and the next, and sometimes without announcement. The official notification or platform documentation always takes precedence over anything published here. Check it before you submit.
Where a page carries a "not fully verified" warning, we could not confirm the figures against a current official source. Treat those pages as a starting point for your own checking, not as an authority.

Tool output is not a guarantee of acceptance
Our tools produce a file matching the size and dimension specification shown on the page. They cannot assess what a human reviewer checks — whether your face is correctly positioned, whether lighting is even, whether the background is acceptable, whether the photograph is recent, or whether a signature is legible. A file that meets the technical specification can still be rejected on those grounds.
PDF compression changes your document
Compressing a PDF to a hard size target requires rasterising it, which converts text into part of an image. The result is no longer selectable, searchable, or machine-readable. For résumés parsed by applicant tracking systems this is a genuine disadvantage, and we say so on every page where it applies.
Calculators are estimates
The calculators use standard formulas with the assumptions stated on each page. They do not account for your full circumstances, local rules, or changes in law. Nothing here is financial, tax, legal or medical advice. For decisions that matter, consult a qualified professional.
