Why uploads get rejected

- The source has a very different aspect ratio, so forcing it to 1080 × 1080 distorts it. Crop to roughly the right shape first.

It keeps the largest result that still fits. If the lowest quality is still too big, it reduces the pixel dimensions and searches again.
